You needn’t do anything but make yourself comfortable. When your therapist wants you to adjust your position, she/he will ask you to move or gently guide you into the desired pose. You can change your position at any time.
Most people find the massage sessions to be so peaceful and relaxing that they simply close their eyes and drift away while others prefer to chat. It’s entirely up to you. This is your time to relax, and whatever feels natural to you is the best way to go. We encourage you to ask questions at any time and to let your therapist know if you’re uncomfortable or if you’re feeling pain.
